We announce an open tender for the production of the card. The tender consists of two calls:
- In the first call will be selected several companies which will offer the best price.
- In the second call the final winner will be selected by these requirements: project deadline, previous completed projects and recommendations.
Cards must be manufactured in accordance to ISO7810 standart.
Card dimensions 86x54x0,82 mm.
Colouring: front side – 4 colors (CMYK) offset printing, back side – colours (CMYK) offset printing.
On the back side of the card the following should be present: a Hi-Co (4000oe) magnetic stripe (top part) encoded with BUYER‘S provided information, DoD (inkjet) printed serial number (color black), barcode and expiration date.
Magnetic stripe‘s 2nd track should be encoded according to BUYER‘S provided information in MS Excel file.
Magnetic stripe‘s durability must be sufficient, to withstand daily usage with magnetic card readers (not less than 10 times per day), everyday until card‘s expiration date.
Colouring tolerance should not exceed 5%.
Card‘s corners must be rounded.
Barcode specifications: barcode type – Code 128 B; Barcode size specifications: hight not less than 0,5 cm and not more than 1,5 cm, width not less than 3.6 cm and not more than 3,9 cm. Only barcode should be printed with no symbols underneath.
Cards should be packaged in paper boxes, with quantities of 500 pcs.
If during the duration of contract SELLER would take cards for repeated inspection, SELLER must return cards BUYER in paper boxes (500 per box).
