DĖL YPATINGOJO STATINIO TECHNOLOGINIO ŠALDYMO TECHNINIO IR DARBO PROJEKTŲ RENGIMO IR RANGOS DARBŲ VYKDYMOŠiuo raštu MAXIMA LT, UAB (toliau vadinama Bendrove) informuoja, jog ketina vykdyti
Sandėliavimo pastato, Zigmantiškių g. 1, Vilniaus mieste, technologinio šaldymo įrengimą naujai statomame pastate:
Numatomas patalpų bendrasis plotas apie
46 000 m2;
Numatomas temperatūrinio režimo plotas apie
39 000 m2;
Patalpų aukštis iki stogo apie 9 m;
Numatoma preliminari technologinio šaldymo galia 4 MW (tikslinama projektavimo metu pagal išeitinius duomenis);
Numatomas temperatūrinis režimas pagal produktų grupes nuo 0 iki +14°C;
Tuo tikslu Bendrovė svarstytų galimybę, esant jai priimtinam pasiūlymui, sudaryti
technologinio šaldymo techninio ir darbo projektų rengimo, ir rangos darbų vykdymo sutartį minėtų paslaugų pirkimui.
Atsižvelgdama į tai, Bendrovė kviestų pateikti pasiūlymą aukščiau minėtoms paslaugoms teikti. Tuo atveju, jei būtų priimtas sprendimas teikti minėtą pasiūlymą, Bendrovė prašytų
pateikti pareiškimą apie ketinimą teikti pasiūlymą šiuo adresu:
www.mercell.lt. Kartu su pareiškimu turi būti pateiktos dokumentų, patvirtinančių jog jį teikiantis asmuo turi teisę vykdyti ypatingųjų statinių projektavimo ir remonto darbus, kopijos bei asmens rekvizitai (pavadinimas, įmonės kodas, adresas, elektroninis paštas, telefono numeris). Gavus pareiškimą bei minėtus dokumentus, bus sudaryta sutartis dėl konfidencialios informacijos atskleidimo, kurios pagrindu Jums bus pateikti aukščiau minėto statinio projektiniai sprendiniai, būtini komerciniam pasiūlymui – sąmatai parengti.
Bendrovė informuoja, kad komercinis pasiūlymas – sąmata turės būti pateikta Bendrovei žemiau nustatyta tvarka.
Minėtas komercinis pasiūlymas privalo atitikti žemiau nurodytus kriterijus ir reikalavimus (sąlygas):
Pasiūlyme nurodyta techninio darbo projekto apimtis turi būti
ne mažesnė už Bendrovės pateiktą projektavimo užduoties apimtį;
- Numatomas preliminarus techninio projekto rengimo-derinimo-tvirtinimo terminas: 2021 m. III ir IV ketvirčiai. Techninis projektas turės būti suderintas su Bendrove ir pagrindinio projekto rengėju, gauta teigiama ekspertizės išvada. Projektavimo stadijoje turės būti išduotos visos užduotys kitoms projekto dalims (konstruktyvo, architektūrinei, ŠVOK, VN, automatizacijos ir kt.). Bendrovė pasilieka teisę projektą pateikti patikrai trečiosioms šalims.
- Numatomas preliminarus darbo projekto rengimo-derinimo-tvirtinimo terminas: 2022 m. I ir II ketvirčiai. Darbo projektas turės būti suderintas su Bendrove ir pagrindinio projekto rengėju.
Numatomas preliminarus rangos darbų vykdymo terminas: 2022m. III ketvirtis – 2023m. I ketvirtis;
Pasiūlyme privalo būti nurodyti
aiškūs projektavimo ir rangos darbų atlikimo terminai, skaičiuojant nuo Rangos sutarties pasirašymo dienos;
Pateiktas pasiūlymas privalo galioti ne trumpiau kaip 3 mėnesius nuo pateikimo dienos;
- Pasiūlymas turi būti sudarytas laikantis nustatytos formos ir turinio.
Ruošiant technologinio šaldymo projektą vadovautis STR1.04.04:2017 „Statinio projektavimas, projekto ekspertizė“ 2020-09-22 redakcija.
Technologinio šaldymo techniniame projekte pateikiamos dalys:
- Technologinio šaldymo projektas;
- Technologinio šalčio elektrotechninė;
- Technologinio šalčio automatizacijos projektas;
Technologinio šaldymo darbo projekte pateikiamos dalys:
- Technologinio šaldymo projektas (šalčio sistema 3d modelyje LOD 200);
- Technologinio šalčio elektrotechninė;
- Technologinio šalčio automatizacijos projektas;
Komercinį pasiūlymą teikiantis asmuo turi atitikti žemiau nurodytus kriterijus ir reikalavimus (sąlygas):
Asmuo nėra bankrutavęs, bankrutuojantis, likviduojamas, restruktūrizuojamas ar laikinai sustabdęs savo veiklą;
Asmuo yra atsiskaitęs su valstybės biudžetu;
Asmuo neturi įsiskolinimo valstybinio socialinio draudimo įstaigai.
Bendrovė nurodo, jog aukščiau nurodytas nustatytus reikalavimus atitinkantis pasiūlymas turi būti pateiktas (pasiūlymas turi būti skenuotas, patvirtintas įmonės antspaudu bei įgalioto asmens parašu bei papildomai pateikiama .xls formate) šiuo adresu:

Bendrovė informuoja apie tokius aukščiau šiame rašte nurodytų veiksmų terminus:
Kreipimosi į Bendrovę pareiškiant norą teikti pasiūlymą terminas: ne vėliau kaip iki 2021 m. birželio 22 d., 9°° val.
Konfidencialumo sutarties pasirašymas ir projektavimo užduoties perėmimas: 2021 m. birželio 22 d., nuo 9°° val. iki 16°° val., kompiuterine forma (telefonas pasiteiravimui +370 659 34827).

Šiuo raštu Bendrovė taip pat informuoja, jog šis raštas jokioms aplinkybėms esant negali būti laikomas Bendrovės galutiniu ketinimu būti saistomai ir įsipareigojančiai pateiktų pasiūlymų atžvilgiu, t.y. šis raštas negali būti laikomas oferta, kaip ji yra suprantama ir traktuojama galiojančiuose ir taikomuose teisės aktuose ar viešu konkursu, kuris bet kokia forma įpareigotų Bendrovę sudaryti įpareigojančią sutartį. Bendrovė nori atkreipti dėmesį į tai, kad šiame rašte nurodytos esminės paslaugų pirkimo sąlygos, tačiau Bendrovė pasilieka teisę ir informuoja, jog jos pateiktame paslaugų pirkimo (generalinės rangos) sutarties projekte bus
nurodytos kitos esminės ir svarbios sąlygos, kurios įprastai keliamos tokių sutarčių sudarymo atvejams esant. Taip pat Bendrovė informuoja, kad sprendimas pirkti šiame rašte minėtas paslaugas bus priimtas atsižvelgiant į pateiktame pasiūlyme nurodytas sąlygas, derybų dėl kitų atitinkamų paslaugų teikimo sąlygų baigtį bei į esamus (galimus) pasikeitimus rinkoje ar Bendrovės poreikių pasikeitimus.

ON DRAFTING TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL DESIGNS OF TECHNOLOGICAL REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT FOR A SPECIAL BUILDING AND PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT WORKBy this letter, MAXIMA LT UAB (“Company”) advises that they intend to install technological refrigeration equipment in the newly constructed
storage building, located at Zigmantiškių g. 1, Vilnius:
Estimated total area of the premises: approx.
46,000 m2;
Estimated are of premises with temperature-controlled mode: approx.
39,000 m2;
Indoor height to the roof: approx. 9 m;
Estimated preliminary technological refrigeration capacity: 4MW (revised during design phase according to baseline data);
Estimated temperature-controlled mode for product groups: from 0 to +14°C.
To this end, should there be an acceptable offer, the Company would consider a possibility to enter into a contract for
drafting technological and operational designs of technological refrigeration equipment and performance of contract work in order to purchase the above services.
Therefore, the Company calls for commercial offers for the above services. If you decide to submit an offer, the Company asks that you
make a statement of intention to submit an offer on the website:
www.mercell.lt. The statement should be accompanied by copies of documents confirming that the applicant has the right to perform design and repair work of special buildings and details of the entity (name, company registration number, address, e-mail, telephone number). Once the statement and the above documents are received, an agreement on disclosure of confidential information shall be concluded and, based on this agreement, design solutions of the above building shall be provided to you in order to prepare a commercial offer and estimate.
The Company hereby advises that the commercial offer and estimate must be submitted to the Company as specified below.
The commercial offer must meet the following criteria and requirements/conditions:
The scope of the technical and operational design provided in the offer must be
not less than the scope of the design task provided by the Company;
- Expected preliminary time period for drafting/agreement/approval of the technical design: Q3 and Q4 2021. The technical design will have to be agreed on with the Company and the author of the principal design, a positive expert report will have to be obtained. During design phase, all tasks for other parts of the design (construction, architecture, HVAC, water supply/sewerage, automation, etc.) will have to be issued. The Company reserves the right to submit the design to third parties for inspection.
- Expected preliminary time period for drafting/agreement/approval of the operational design: Q1 and Q2 2022. The operational design will have to be agreed on with the Company and the author of the principal design.
Expected preliminary time period for performing contract work: Q3 2022–Q1 2023;
The offer must provide
clear time periods for design and contract work starting from the date of signing the contract for works;
The offer must be valid for at least three months from the date of submission;
- The offer must be drafted in accordance with the prescribed form and content.
When drafting the technological refrigeration design, STR1.04.04:2017 Building Design and Expert Examination (version of 22/09/2020) must be followed.
The technical design of technological refrigeration shall contain the following parts:
- Technological refrigeration design;
- Electrotechnical part of technological refrigeration;
- Technological refrigeration automation design;
The operational design of technological refrigeration shall contain the following parts:
- Technological refrigeration design (refrigeration system in a 3D model LOD 200);
- Electrotechnical part of technological refrigeration;
- Technological refrigeration automation design;
The entity submitting the commercial offer must meet the following criteria and requirements/conditions:
The entity is not bankrupt, undergoing bankruptcy, winding-up or restructuring and has not temporarily suspended their activities;
The entity has no debt to state budget;
The entity has no debt to national social security authority.
The Company points out that the offer meeting the above requirements (the offer has to be scanned and approved with the Company’s seal and signature of the authorised person; an additional copy in .xls format must be provided) must be submitted on the website:

The Company hereby advises about the following time limits for performing the above steps:
Time limit for application to the Company with the intention to submit an offer: no later than by 9.00 a.m. of 22 June 2021.
Signing the confidentiality agreement and accepting the design task: from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. of 22 June 2021, digitally (telephone for inquiries +370 659 34827).
Discussion of the design task: The discussion will take place on 29 June–2 July 2021. The time of discussion shall be agreed on in advance with the contact person Gintautas Mieželis (tel. +370 659 34827).
Time limit for submitting the materials/commercial offer to the Company according to the criteria set out in this letter: no later than by 12.00 noon of 13 July 2021.

By this letter, the Company also advises that under any circumstances this letter cannot be considered the Company’s final intention to be bound and obligated in respect of submitted proposals, i.e. this letter cannot be considered an offer as it is understood and treated by applicable legislation or a public tender, which would oblige the Company in any form to enter into a binding contract. The Company points out that this letter contains the essential conditions for the purchase of services, but the Company reserves the right and informs that the draft contract for services (general contract work) shall contain other essential and important terms and conditions, which normally apply to such contracts. Furthermore, the Company informs that the decision to buy the services referred to in this letter shall be adopted taking into account the conditions specified in the offer, outcomes of negotiation of conditions of other relevant services and existing/potential changes in the market or the Company’s needs.
